 Step 1: Download  Playstore PHOTO EDITOR APPLICATION .

Step 2: then open application Click New tab click on it .

 Step 3:One Tab is Opened Now Enter Aspect Sizes of Files

 Step 4: now Scroll the down Label Select Text/image

Now open that tab side bar click and tap 3dots . Then on tab on screen Select that Load Layer .
